He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Engineering from University of Bridgeport, USA. He received the University of Bridgeport Presidential Scholarship for Academic Excellence in 1988-89 and has also served as a committee member of the Information Technology committee of Indian Merchants’ Chambers. He has more than 30 years of experience in field of Information Technology. His experience, vision and management skills are great contributors to the growth of SohamLite. 

He is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Khokhani has experience with Citibank in Global Consumer Bank Treasury, in Mumbai and Delhi. Mr. Khokhani, at the time of his enrolment at age 21, was amongst the youngest members of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India. Mr. Khokhani also has an excellent academic record, being a merit ranker at state Board examinations and having secured a 100% score in Financial Management in University of Mumbai graduation examinations.
